本说明适用于知序 CSCA 学习空间的视频课程和练习与考试页面。本站由个人经营；如对数据使用有疑问，请联系本站已公开的服务邮箱 xiaoning5353@163.com。

提供学习服务所需的信息

注册或登录时，我们处理邮箱、显示名称、登录验证信息；使用 Google 登录时，处理该登录方式提供的基本账户资料。我们保存课程权限、学习进度、笔记、收藏、练习作答与成绩等记录，以提供课程访问、继续学习和复习功能。购买课程时，处理订单、支付状态和课程开通记录；支付服务方按其自身规则处理支付资料。

服务器及基础设施会处理请求时间、IP 地址、浏览器和请求路径等技术信息，用于提供服务、安全防护、限流和故障排查。服务运行在阿里云基础设施上，邮箱验证可能通过阿里云邮件服务发送。

Cookie 与浏览器存储

必要 Cookie 用于保持登录和保护会话。课程站会话最长为 30 天，考试站会话最长为 7 天；退出登录会清除相应会话 Cookie。浏览器本地存储还用于界面语言、未完成练习的标识等偏好。您可以通过浏览器设置管理或删除这些数据；禁用必要 Cookie 可能导致登录或学习记录功能无法使用。

访问统计

Information used to provide the service

We process your email, display name and sign-in verification information, including basic account details received through Google sign-in when used. We store course access, learning progress, notes, saved courses, practice responses and results to provide learning and revision features. Purchases involve order, payment-status and course-access records. Payment providers handle payment information under their own policies.

Our servers and infrastructure process technical information such as request times, IP addresses, browser information and requested paths to deliver the service, prevent abuse and investigate errors. The service is hosted on Alibaba Cloud; verification emails may be delivered through its email service.

Cookies and browser storage

Necessary cookies maintain and protect your session. Course sessions last up to 30 days and exam sessions up to 7 days; signing out clears the relevant session cookie. Local storage also holds preferences such as language and an unfinished-practice identifier. Browser controls let you manage these items, although disabling necessary cookies can prevent sign-in and learning-record features from working.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics for page visits and learning events, such as course views, playback time and practice flows. Google may use cookies and receive IP addresses and device/browser information when processing requests. Our analytics events do not intentionally include emails, names, note text or individual answers. Google signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled. Advertising and education partners

We are applying for Google AdSense. Verification metadata and ads.txt do not themselves display ads. If Google ads are enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and similar information to deliver and measure advertising. Education sponsorships and affiliate recommendations are labelled. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases through affiliate links. The destination provider's privacy notice applies after you follow a link. Our partner metrics aggregate impressions and clicks by campaign, placement and language; we do not use your grades, notes or answers for ad targeting.

Retention and requests

Account, learning and order records support ongoing service; some transaction and security records may need to be retained under applicable requirements. Contact the support address above to request access, correction or deletion. We will verify your identity and explain the scope of the response. Do not email passwords, verification codes or complete payment credentials. The date above identifies the latest revision.
